Devesh Pant

I’m a Senior Applied Scientist at Oracle, where I build healthcare AI agents for intelligent hospital automation. Previously, I spent ~2.5 years at Wadhwani AI, developing AI systems for public health and agriculture. My work spanned NLP, Computer Vision, and Document AI.
I completed my MS (by Research) at IIT Delhi, with a thesis focused on robust text recognition in the wild, with Prof. Chetan Arora and Prof. Aaditeshwar Seth.
My interests lie in foundational vision models and multimodal architectures. I’m driven to build scalable, accessible AI tools that serve diverse populations and create measurable real-world impact.
Outside work, I stay active with running and strength training, and unwind by playing the keyboard and experimenting in the kitchen.
